Quick & Easy Post It Note Holders

Hello,
Just a quick post to show you these post it note holders I made. They are soo cute!! I love them.. they are soo easy to make!

If you need me to post how to make these again let me know and I will get this sorted. You can make loads of these in one craft sitting, so simple to make and quite addictive!!
